After the success of our pride after party, seeing the community come out in such force, we knew we had to do it again. The energy in that room was unforgettable and the performers and crowd all rose to the occasion. The parade of the dolls was a show worth the price of admission in and of itself. To top it all off we raised $1800 allocated to the David Tillson UVIC Pride Award and The Foundry Youth Centre. With this show we pay homage to the legacy that was so formative to many of us who now work and dance at this space. Please join in celebration of Queer culture, of Drag Culture and underground house music, the formative sound of Vogue and Ballroom culture. Hosted by Jag Jasman of JagHed Studios, there will be Drag performances curated by the inimitable Henrietta Dubet, joined once more by Eddi Licious and Honey Dewme and featuring new comer JJ Rabbit. Without a doubt, there will be another Parade Of The Dolls- where the “best expression” will take home the coins, and of course, we have the DJ’s to make us bounce all night.

Jurgen Daze is a Vancouver/Victoria B.C based dj/producer/multi-instrumentalist. He was introduced to the art of dj’ing in his early teens which has now blossomed into a lifestyle of meticulously crafting highly curated sets and constantly digging for new music to show the people.

focusing on filling dance floors with many genres of music, smiles and good times he’s held club residencies around Vancouver and Toronto over the years.
