IDEA is a non-profit association that is actively working to promote better infill development in Edmonton.

2018 was a Fantastic Year!  To name a few:  - Garden suites and Secondary Suites became permitted  - We got a commitment from the City and EPCOR to create a cost-sharing program for services  - We increased our capacity by creating seven committees (Policy, Commerical, Outreach, Events, Data &amp; Analytics, Communication, and Development)  - We hosted the 2019 Infill Tour featuring a home building facility, a gorgeous semi-detached and a show-stopping rooftop on an iconic commercial building.  To celebrate all that we accomplished together we want to kick the new year off with a bang! We are hosting a party at The Pint Downtown. We have the backroom with a private bar all to ourselves (no need to wait in line).  Get your tickets fast; the first round is on us!  Date: January 10th 2019 Time: 6:00 - 9:00 pm  Haven't gotten your 2019 IDEA membership yet?
