The purpose of these sessions is to help BAs understand and achieve International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) certifications. At these sessions, participants will review and discuss key concepts, knowledge, and skills, and share experiences in business analysis practices.The sessions are based on A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) version 3.Chapter 8 describes tasks that business analysts perform to assess the performance of and value delivered by a solution in use by the enterprise, and to recommend removal of barriers or constraints that prevent the full realization of the value. His extensive academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
