When should I arrive?

The concert is 70 minutes long. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time as seats are first come first served. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once begun.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Please bring digital confirmation or print of your ticket purchase for verification upon entry.

Question 3

Can I leave the event and re-enter?

Accepted Answer

No; the performance is continuous and disruptions may affect the lighting design during the performance.

Question 4

Can I bring animals?

Accepted Answer

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at bedfordtrio@gmail.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

Is there an age requirement?

We recommend children over the age of 8 years old can attend. Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are food and drinks available?

There will not be any food or drinks available. It is also prohibited to bring any food or drinks.

Can I purchase a ticket at the door?

Accepted Answer

You may gain entry to the event with through Eventbrite or cash-only purchase at the door. All other tickets must be purchased online through Eventbrite prior to arriving at the event.

Question 8

Are refunds allowed?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the concert. No exchanges allowed. Attendees will pay the fee for automatic refunds.
