The majority of municipalities in Ontario have received their sanitary and/or stormwater CLI-ECAs, and are now faced with implementing the requirements of these new approvals. This course is intended to provide municipal staff with strategies to assist their municipality with meeting the CLI-ECA requirements and deadlines.

About Darlene Suddard
Darlene Suddard is a Principal Consultant at Municipal Water Solutions Inc. and has more than 25 years of experience in water and wastewater compliance and management systems implementation. She has extensive municipal water/wastewater experience, and prior to entering the municipal water/wastewater field, Darlene worked in the private sector, coordinating the compliance activities for twelve privately owned water/wastewater facilities and overseeing the implementation and integration of management systems. A full refund will be provided to registrants who provide a minimum of two(2) business days cancellation notice prior to the start of the course. The course participant will also have the option of transferring their ticket to a different course start date, depending on availability.
