In Person Apex Workshop

This unique in-person training event is for any candidate wishing to work as a Financial Service Manager in auto/recreation vehicle industry

The main objective is to allow people with little to no experience to develop the specialized skills in F&I, while giving them the taste of new challenges. The goal is to provide students with all the necessary tools to perform effectively & professionally in the various task in their future career. Some of the topics covered:

• Financial Services Manager functions
• Relationship to customers
• Presentation process for customer
• Different types of financing & bank negotiations
• Product knowledge including policies & procedures
• Regulations & applicable laws
• Compliance & knowledge exam
• Presentation process assessment

The sessions are scheduled from Tuesday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.

Attendance is required on each day to successfully complete the course.

APEX is hosted by Natasha Gagnon and is open for anyone wishing to start their FSM career.
