The Nbisiing Indigenous Cultural Competency Learning course is unique. There is no other training like it in Canada.

Whether you are an interested, motivated member of the public, you work in the Indigenous space, or want to confidently do business with Indigenous people, the Nbisiing Indigenous Cultural Competency Learning course is for you.

This course is intended for:

  • Organizations working towards Truth and Reconciliation;

The Nbisiing Indigenous Cultural Competency Learning course is designed to build cultural competency and introduce concepts of cultural safety in working with First Nations, Métis and Inuit, and becoming a better ally in support of Truth and Reconciliation.

Nbisiing also provides invaluable and unique insight into the importance of Indigenous ways of knowing and being, protocols, ceremony, spirituality, and Indigenous traditional knowledge.

The Nbisiing Cultural Competency Learning course meets the requirements of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) Calls to Action No. 57 and 93 (iii).
