Information Session - Yoga Development Course

Yasodhara Ashram is a yoga retreat and study centre founded by Swami Radha in 1963 in the mountains of southeastern British Columbia. The Ashram supports the potential for transformation in each person, helping them bring quality into their lives through yogic tools and experiential learning. Using the Zoom platform, groups will remain intimate with maximum 16 or 21 registrants, depending on the class.

Focus inward on your own personal and spiritual development while being held by the support of the Ashram community during this three-month intensive course. Dates for the course are mid-January to mid-April, 2025.Come and expand your understanding. Heal. The program, set in the Ashram’s pristine forest and lake during the quiet winter, offers a balance of self-inquiry and group work in community, a process that leads to new discoveries and purposeful change. <h3>Details</h3>Date &amp; Time: This online session is on Sunday, September 15th, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. PDT. Please ensure that you have checked to see what time this is in your timezone.Location: This class will be held online using Zoom.Accessing the Online Session: Once you register, you will receive an email from EventBrite with a link to the Online Event Page which has information on how to join the session via Zoom.
