</p><p>Inheritance is the story of Shay Winston-Pelletier, a strong-willed Canadian bridal designer who secretly doesn’t want children despite her wife’s ongoing fertility issues. When Shay attempts to quietly transfer guardianship of her late sister’s son to their estranged mother in Jamaica, it backfires and exposes the lies within her family at home and abroad.</p>
