Negotiation is at the heart of every successful Collaborative file.

This four-day intensive training is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to navigate complex conversations, uncover underlying interests, and facilitate durable, client-centered resolutions through the Collaborative process.

Through interactive learning, demonstrations, role-play exercises, and practical application, participants will build confidence in managing challenging negotiations while maintaining the integrity of the Collaborative model.

Whether you are newer to Collaborative Practice or looking to sharpen your existing skills, this training offers valuable insight into helping clients move beyond positions, identify what truly matters, and work toward meaningful agreements.
