The Krembil Centre for Neuroinformatics at CAMH presents our annual Scientific Computing Workshop series.

Course Description:Supplement your basic Python skills. Learn the how to:<ul><li>Navigate the filesystem in python</li><li>Load datasets into your code</li><li>Write re-usable python files to reduce repetition</li><li>Working with numpy, matplotlib, and scikit-learn</li></ul>Prerequisites:<ul><li>Installation of Python 3.8 or greater</li><li>Anywhere to edit Python files. A modern IDE like VS Code (https://code.visualstudio.com/) or Atom (https://atom.io/) would work. You can also follow the tutorial in a jupyter lab notebook (https://jupyter.org/)</li><li>Familiarity with basic Python (cf. Introduction to Python course)</li></ul>Course Material:<ul><li>To be provided in the workshop</li></ul>
