The Krembil Centre for Neuroinformatics at CAMH presents our annual Scientific Computing Workshop series.

Learn the basics of Python to begin coding today. Topics covered include:<ul><li>Basic Python syntax</li><li>String formatting</li><li>List comprehensions</li><li>Writing functions</li><li>Using built-in Python modules</li></ul>Prerequisites:<ul><li>Access to a Python REPL for Python 3.8 or greater. If running on your personal computer, this would require installing Python (https://www.python.org/) and one of IPython (https://ipython.org/) or Jupyter (https://jupyter.org/). If you have an SCC account you can access a Jupyter kernel from your browser here (jupyter.camh.ca)</li></ul>Course Material:<ul><li>To be provided in the workshop </li></ul>
