Most events are designed for extroverts—loud rooms, constant "pitching," and exhausting small talk. Our Introvert Connect is different. It is a curated, virtual space designed specifically for introverts.
In casual, structured conversations, you'll meet introverts and deep thinkers for authentic connection.
How It Works:
- Structured format (1-on-1 breakout rooms): To ensure you're comfortable talking, feel seen and heard without the "group performance" pressure.
- 5 Rounds of connection: You will be randomly paired for three 7-9 minute private conversations.
- Four pillars: Choose from four ice-breaker topics to start your discussion (Life & Growth, Career & Leadership, Entrepreneurship, or Deep Talk) or bring your own.
- No small talk, no promotion: Dive directly into discussing challenges and insights.
- If you'd like to connect after the event, exchange your coordinates in the breakout rooms.
The Flow:
We'll start with a 5-minute "Systemic Micro-Lesson" from the Introverts Academy curriculum, followed by 1-on-1 breakouts, and back into the big room to wrap up.
Internet Connect is a monthly online event via Zoom. Registration is required for each event you'd like to attend.

Gabriela Casineanu is the founder of Introverts Academy and an award-winning author of over 12 self-help books. With over 18 years of experience in technical fields (Engineering/IT), an MBA, and nearly two decades of coaching and entrepreneurship, Gabriela brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to support introverts.
As an MBTI-certified coach and systemic thinker, she helps individuals and organizations leverage better the complementary strengths of introverts and extroverts to achieve the desired outcomes. Navigating successfully through several life and career challenges, Gabriela considers life a self-discovery journey worth exploring.
