Welcome to Intuitive Art Making: A Somatic Practice!Join us for a transformative practice where art, therapy, and community converge. Through embodied art-making, intuitive painting, and creative expression, this workshop invites you to explore self-discovery, build resilience, and reconnect with your creativity through your body. (We will get a lil messy!)
