From humble beginnings at the Calgary Farmers’ Market, Blush Lane has grown, and now operates four natural foods stores across Calgary and Edmonton. Blush Lane supports our customers’ health journeys, and connects them to local growers and artisans in the community. Blush Lane Organic Market

Intuitive eating is a process of learning to tune into our bodies signals and ask what type of nourishment we need in that moment. It’s about being mindful with food and appreciating how it effects our body on a physical, mental and emotional level.
It’s also about learning to trust yourself and become empowered when it comes to food. We’ve been taught to listen to everyone else except ourselves when it comes to food / nutrition and that it’s a one size fits all approach (hello diet culture). This is harmful because we start to believe that we don’t know best – but here’s a secret – we do!
Join us on June 12th with Holistic Wellness Coach, Jen Miller, to learn how you can build your intuitive eating “muscle” and become more mindful when it comes to food.

Jen Miller is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (C.H.N.C) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
In her business, Glowing Minds Wellness, Jen works mainly with women who are looking to improve their overall health and wellness, as well as to support them during times of life when they are dealing with more stress, anxiety or uncertainty.
This could be during life transitions like career change, adjusting to your 20s or 30s, getting married, starting a family, or those who are working in intense and stressful jobs.
Jen specializes in stress resiliency and emotional well-being, and works with three pillars of wellness – nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.
