<h2>IN&gt;VISIBLE </h2><h3>TO SEE AND BE SEEN </h3><p><strong>A Movement Medicine® Transformational Photographic Journey with Carrie Branovan </strong></p><p><em><strong>Date: September 30th 12pm-6pm</strong></em></p><p>Limited to 21 women per session </p><p><strong>E﻿ARLY BIRD BY SEPT 26TH  ONLY $250.00</strong></p><p>Venue: Dream Yoga Dance Studio 371 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, ON</p><p>Presented by Ecstatic Dance Toronto</p><p>**********</p><p>You are invited to embark on a Movement Medicine® Shamanic Women&#x27;s Quest, exploring the Seen and Unseen World of Vision and Visibility, infused with the power of dance, story-sharing, writing, adornment, and photography. </p><h3><strong>Carrie inspires women to dance to the rhythm of their own truth. </strong></h3><p>We are inspired to remember that true beauty lies within—of the difference of a woman pre-occupied by the way she looks on the outside, from a dancer who radiates beauty from all the inner and outer dimensions of her being.  </p><h2>To See and to be Seen</h2><p>You’ll be guided on a well-crafted journey ending with a lively photography session finale. Carrie will be creating beautiful moving portraits of each sister, which will be emailed following the workshop, serving as a reminder of this transformational experience. </p><h2>This retreat is designed for you if you feel called to:</h2><p>*  •	Gather in the safety of sisterhood, sharing and dancing with an open heart </p><p>*  •	Celebrate the miracle of life </p><p>*  •	Embrace vulnerability and cultivate the courage to be seen and heard authentically. </p><p>*  •	Bridge the connection between seeing and being seen, awakening the dancer within you </p><p>*  •	Dance in the light of the Unbroken, discovering new boundaries by mapping your personal Mesa. </p><p>*  •	Become more aware of self-consciousness and the journey toward liberation, acceptance, and inner loving kindness.  </p><p>*  •	Play. Be adorned, dressed, loved, pampered, and celebrated for being the beautiful and unique woman you are—inside and out. </p><p>You are warmly invited to step into the radiant light of your inner truth. </p><p></p><h2>Please bring: </h2><p>*  •	Water, cushions to sit on, journal and things to draw or write with.  </p><p>*  •	Layered clothing to dance and move in. </p><p>*  •	An open mind and heart. </p><p>*  •	A digital camera: the one in your phone is great—or if you have something more complex that is also fine. </p><p>*  •	For your ending portrait: without over thinking it, bring a few simple options that you feel comfortable in and can move in, that represent a rite of passage – seeing yourself in a new light. This can be as simple as a white cotton sarong. Be creative. Bring a hair brush—any natural make up—jewelry if you wish-- we will have a hair person there to help if you choose.  </p><p>*  •	An object of beauty that you can place on our collective altar. </p><p></p><h2>About Carrie Branovan</h2><p>Carrie Branovan is a Movement Medicine® trained professional as well as an internationally acclaimed photographer with over 40 years of experience behind the lens in London, Tel Aviv, Paris, New York and most recently, Costa Rica. Her captivating style of ‘seeing the unseen’ has graced the pages of prestigious publications such as British Vogue, Harpers, The Face, W, Brides, and many other international magazines. She has worked alongside fashion designers John Galliano, Yukio Kobayashi (for Matsuda), Richmond/Cornejo, Vivienne Westwood and other visionary artists. </p><p>As a global citizen, a loving mother and grandmother, a devoted partner, and a passionate Movement Medicine practitioner, Carrie brings her nurturing presence to the dance of life. She creates a safe and empowering space for her students, guiding them to shed old narratives. step into the power of honouring their truth. If something hurts, pay attention and take care of yourself.</p><p>* All participants are asked to move at their own pace and to take care of themselves on all levels. Carrie Branovan, Julia Ray and all people connected to Ecstatic Dance Toronto, Dream Yoga Dance Studio and Movement Medicine can take no responsibility for injury you sustain as a result of participating in this workshop.</p><p>* If my physical condition is restricted in any way, I can and will monitor my own level of movement and activity so that I remain within what is appropriate for my body</p><p>* I understand that this course may bring emotions to the surface.</p><p>* WE LOOK FORWARD TO SHARING THIS SPECIAL JOURNEY WITH YOU</p><h2>Cancellation Policy (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)</h2><p>A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued if notice is received by Sept. 1st, 2023.</p><p>A full refund, less a $150 processing fee, will be issued if notice is received by Sept. 7th, 2023.</p><p>No refund will be issued for cancellations after Sept. 7th, 2023.</p><p>*If you are cancelling your place in the workshop at any time due to testing positive for COVID, or a known exposure to COVID, then we will offer you a refund for your workshop fees less a $50 processing fee.</p><p></p>
