The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Each year, groups around the world come together to celebrate the achievements of women and/or rally for women's equity.Seven years ago, we were inspired by this initiative and motivated to increase our collective impact in Canada's Capital with partners in our region, across Canada and worldwide. So, we launched International Women's Month (IWM). <h4>Initiative and Invitation</h4>Starting on March 3rd, our community will host the Seventh Annual International Women's Month!Join the Invest Ottawa team and many incredible collaborators on Monday, January 28th at 10:00 am (EST) for our second community information session.
