JAM 2 : Circuito
jamTO : Circuito live - an improvised musical journey of unexpected sounds, spontaneous grooves, and moments that will never happen again.
A Toronto jam night on Halloween: Friday Oct 30, jam chapter 2 is Circuito, at Casa do Alentejo on Dupont.
Two weeks ago we sat on rugs and listened. This time we're on our feet.
Circuito plays in the middle of the room, with all of us around them. Marito Marques on drums, James Hill and Chris Pruden on synths, and João Frade on accordion, flying in from Portugal for the night. A couple of songs are written. The rest gets figured out right there, and a few guests will step out of the dark along the way.
Come close, come moving. It's Halloween, so if you show up looking like the devil, no one's going to stop you.
