Junk Independence Day

Hacklab.to is a community space with a diverse membership, including artists, programmers, web designers, and hardware hackers. It is inspired by the philosophies of the global hackerspaces movement which encourages people to socialize, share knowledge, and work together on their projectsNewcomers are welcome every Tuesday evening at our Tuesday Open House.

<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>Bring your e-waste or working electronics that you've got no use for anymore and we'll get rid of them for you. It's also a fantastic time to root around through other people's junk and walk home with a new treasure. </SPAN></DIV>

<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>On previous Junk Independence Days, people have gone home with wonderful treasures like a 1TB hard drive, an iPod touch, a desktop computer, a classic iMac, a mini-DV camcorder, streetlights and lots of random electronic bits for hacking.</SPAN></DIV>
<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>Anything left at the end will be picked up on Monday, 19th of February and responsibly recycled by Revolution Recycling, who has been participating in our Junk Independence Days since the first one. Thanks Revolution!!</SPAN></DIV>
