Welcome to the Justice Knowledge Mobilization event! A summative event to celebrate and revisit the learnings and the impacts of Year 1 of the Youth Justice Project. We will be featuring 5 ethnocultural organizations who have participated in the first CAPs for the Y-Justice Project, centring activities around engagement between youth and systems leaders/stakeholders. Working from a systems change lens, the Y-Justice Project aims to encourage increased engagement, connection and communication between racialized youth and systems leaders/stakeholders to increase the understanding of these leaders/stakeholders about racialized youth's experiences of oppression as it related to knowing and advocating for their legal rights. We are looking forward to engaging with you around the successes of the first year of the Project and to highlight the amazing community work being done by the featured ethnocultural organizations!
