Get ready to kickstart your karate journey with our hands-on beginner workshop - no experience required, just bring your enthusiasm!

Have you ever thought about whether Karate was right for you?

If you’ve been curious about martial arts but weren’t sure where to start, this workshop was created for you.

Our Karate Discovery Workshop is a beginner-friendly introduction to traditional Japanese karate, designed especially for those with little to no prior experience. Whether you’re exploring a new hobby, looking for a positive activity for your child, or simply wondering what training in a dojo is like, this session offers a welcoming and supportive first step.

In this hands-on workshop, you will:

  • Learn basic karate movements in a relaxed, guided environment
  • Experience traditional dojo etiquette and culture
  • Develop coordination, focus, and body awareness
  • Ask questions and discover what ongoing training looks like

No experience is required, and no special equipment is needed. Our Sensei will guide you step by step, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and included. The atmosphere is respectful, encouraging, and family-friendly.

Karate is more than kicks and punches — it’s about discipline, confidence, mindfulness, and personal growth. This workshop is an opportunity to see if it’s the right fit for you or your family.

Come discover what karate training is like — and take your first step onto the dojo floor.
