Definitely! All levels are welcome. The coaches will work within your comfort level and all movements can be modified to your skill level.

What if I have an injury?

The coaches will do their best to accommodate any existing injury but please make sure to let them know about your condition.

Can I bring my own kettlebell?

If you own a kettlebell you can clean and strict press at least 5 times please bring it.

Will there be a break during this workshop?

Accepted Answer

We will have several water and bathroom breaks but there is a lot to cover so be prepared to grind!
