<p>Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish of fermented vegetables. It is a great source of vitamins K, C, and B6, as well as probiotics. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn a traditional method of preparing vegetables for kimchi, and will go home with everything to put together the finished product.</p><p>This workshop is a collaboration with Kamloops Immigrant Services.</p>
