Children in Kindergarten to Grade 2 with a caregiver. No prior coding experience required.Kinder Coders is a playful, educational program for children in Kindergarten to Grade 2 that blends the joy of storytelling with the fundamentals of unplugged coding. Each session features an engaging picture book read-aloud, followed by hands-on activities that introduce basic coding concepts—without screens!Children will explore sequencing, patterns, loops, and problem-solving through movement games, storytelling extensions, and tactile coding tools like cards, toys, and manipulatives. This program nurtures literacy while building early skills in logic and computational thinking.Program Highlights: • Storytime featuring books that spark curiosity and creativity • Unplugged coding activities using physical materials • Themed sessions that combine literacy, STEM, and play • Opportunities for collaboration and teamwork📌 Parents/guardians must remain on library premises 📌 Wasaga Beach Public Library membership required
