Is there parking at the TRANZAC?

There is street parking on Brunswick if you are lucky. Green P lot on the north side of the building is convenient but expensive, tho part of fee goes to the TRANZAC. Green P lot on Lippincott.

What about TTC?

The TRANZAC is on Brunswick Ave, just south of Bloor W, pretty well equidistant from Bathurst and Spadina stations.

Question 3

Is there food at the TRANZAC?

Accepted Answer

The TRANZAC  does not have a menu. The bar has Jamaican patties available. It is fine to bring something to eat with you from outside. Lots of options in the neighbourhood. Please clean up afterwards! Thank you.

Question 4

Will I be able to knit/crochet/stitch during the presentation?

Accepted Answer

We will dim the lights enough to make the images on the screen easily discernible and we hope you'll be able to keep working away. We'll have a few lights deployed around on the tables. If you have a portable craft light feel free to bring it along just in case.

I wish I could be there but....  Can I support in any other ways?

Accepted Answer

Yes! you can make a donation of any amount on the ticket page. If you have yarn stash, craft projects, vintage pattern books, craft tools etc and you'd like to donate them for our sale table, please reach out to the organizer. All donations and stash sales will be directed to The 519.

How late will this go?

Accepted Answer

Kirk will begin at 7:30 and the entire presentation takes about an hour give or take with Q & A. You can go home and get to bed or linger to social and have a beverage until 10pm.
