What time do performances start?

Performances are October 16th at 8pm, October 17th at 8pm, and October 18th at 2pm

What time does the box office open?

For evening performances, the box office opens at 7pm and patrons are admitted to their seats at 7:30pm. For the Sunday matinee performances, the box office opens at 1pm and patrons are admitted to their seats at 1:30pm

Does KWLT require masks for all performances?

Accepted Answer

No, at this time, KWLT only requires masks for Covid-cautious performances, though patrons are always welcome to wear a mask. There are no Covid-cautious performances for Waterloo

Are there accessible seats?

Accepted Answer

Patrons who require accessible seats can choose between a limited number of accessible seats available in the balcony of our theatre and seats on the main level; we can assist with access to the main level via the back door. Please contact boxoffice@kwlt.org if you require an accessible seat.

I am an Access 2 cardholder, how do I purchase my ticket?

KWLT is proud to be a member of the Access 2 Program. Members can email boxoffice@kwlt.org for the code to unlock the tickets for this program.

Is KWLT close to transit?

Accepted Answer

Yes! KWLT is located just off King Street in the heart of Uptown Waterloo and is well-serviced by both GRT buses and the ION. We are a short walk from the Uptown ION stations and are on multiple bus routes.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

KWLT does not have a parking lot so patrons can use available street parking and municipal parking lots.

Question 8

What does "COVID Cautious" mean?

Accepted Answer

This applies to  designated COVID Cautious performances, which has extra precautions. Everybody will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the theatre, capacity is limited, and concessions must be consumed outside. There will be no alcohol sold.

Is there a matinee?

Yes, there will be a matinee performances at 2pm on Sunday

Question 10

How are latecomers seated?

Accepted Answer

Latecomers will be seated during the front of house speech. If latecomers arrive after the front of house speech, they will be seated at the first available break in the performance.

Can I choose my seat?

Accepted Answer

KWLT uses open seating, so seating is first come, first choose once you arrive at the theatre and the doors open. If you require a specific seating arrangement for accessibility reasons, we are more than happy to reserve a specific seat; contact boxoffice@kwlt.org.
