In this workshop you will learn the benefits of lacto-fermentation and you will make your own sauerkraut. The necessary food &amp; containers are included. You must bring your bowl (about 13 in/33cm in diameter, stainless Steele large bowl style) and you must bring a scarf to cover your head. Lunch is also included in the cost (vegetarian)Naturopath, certified in holistic nutrition and aromatherapy, Francine Payer is an author and has been a speaker for over forty years. Give yourself a gift!Given the growing interest of this topic, we strongly suggest that you buy your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your seats.Note: in case of sanitary measures ordered by the government this event will be postpone.
