Is free parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Please obtain a parking ticket upon entering parking lots G or H.  You will need to exchange your parking ticket for a free exit pass at the Employer Registration desk at the event.  Parking lots G or H are about a 7 to 10 minute walk from the Highland Hall Event Centre.

What will each table set-up look like?

Accepted Answer

Each high-top table setup will be covered in black linen (spaced 6 to 8 feet apart), come with 2 high stools, and a sign with your organization's name and table number.
Please feel free to bring 1 pull-up banner, handouts, and swag.
