Workshop Overview
Change is inevitable. Change management approaches and tools can help you plan, implement and sustain the work of your organization.
United Way Winnipeg's Learning Centre is thrilled to partner with Health in Common to bring you Leading Change. This training will increase your:
- understanding of change management approaches
- understanding of organizational culture and the change process
- ability to support and motivate people to change
- ability to lead change
More specifically, this will help you:
- assess the impact of change
- understand people’s response to change
- recognize and address resistance to change
- identify and work with stakeholders
- develop effective change teams
- communicate change that builds and maintains engagement
If you are responsible for leading, managing or supporting organizational change, this training is for you!
Learning as a team increases capacity, accountability and the likelihood that the knowledge and tools will be used. We recommend more than one person per organization attending the training.
Delivered over two days, training will make space to share and learn from each other, while considering the application of change management approaches and tools. This will involve short presentations and considerable small group discussion.
The cost also includes a small group coaching follow-up session within 2 months of attending training.
