Our Lean Practitioner training is designed to provide a thorough knowledge based in the Lean methodology.Through practical examples and hands-on simulations, participants will learn how to facilitate improvement sessions with a team and to carry out improvement projects using Lean techniques.Topics covered will include:<ul>1. Kaizen<ul><li>Pre-event Activities</li><li>During event Activities</li><li>Post event Activities</li></ul></ul>This training entitles OACETT members to earn requirements for their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).<h3>How it is delivered</h3>Virtual trainingThis course will be delivered online via Zoom in 4 x 4-hour sessions. Sessions will occur on the following dates:<ul><li>April 4 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Module 1)</li><li>April 11 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Module 2)</li><li>April 18 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Module 3)</li><li>April 25 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Module 4)</li></ul>Case studies, activities and links to video sources will be used to ensure the training is enjoyable, meaningful, and relevant. Sessions will also include interactive group exercises.Attendees will receive their Certificate upon the presentation of a Kaizen Report Out. Who should attendThis Lean Practitioner training is ideal for those wanting to implement or understand Lean. It is available to all levels and can be applied to any industry sector. You do not need any prior knowledge or experience of Lean to take this course.A link to the online training sessions will be provided to all registrants after registration.
