Where can I find my confirmation of registration?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email confirming your registration at the email address you enter during checkout. You can also log in to Eventbrite, using the same email you registered with, click on your profile, and select tickets. You can do the same in the Eventbrite app as well.

What if I can’t find my confirmation email?

Accepted Answer

First make sure to check that you are logging in with the correct email address. If you are unable to find your confirmation email/tickets, contact programs@fastandfemale.com.

Can I change registration information after I have completed the registration form?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Login to your Eventbrite account and go to “Tickets”. Select the order with the information you would like to change. Click edit, and change any information needed. If you do not see edit contact programs@fastandfemale.com.

I’m having issues with registration. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

If you are having issues some actions you can take are: 
Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies
Trying a different web browser (i.e., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox)
Email programs@fastandfemale.com
