Join us for Multi-Sensory Meditative Walking

What a great way to hone your Mindfulness Practice. Walking Meditation can help with stress, depression, and anxiety.

Believe it or not, the buzz and energy of a busy place can enhance our focus and ability to get into that special state of mind important to wellbeing. Multi-sensory objects of attention guide us through the meditation journey. Whether you're still learning or wanting to create a stronger habit, this session focuses on movement of the body, physical sensations of breath, and visual sensation.

All levels welcome!
