Event Details:
Increasingly, the ability to challenge and rethink existing ways of doing things is critical in effective decision making for entrepreneurs.
It's important to think outside of the norm while making decisions in order to bring about new results, different outcomes and to see where new approaches can take you.
Doing this can be really difficult for a number of reasons. In this very insightful and practical session, you will work through why you need to acquire this skill and how to acquire and practice this skill.
Facilitator:
Permjot Valia is an avid investor in startups around the world and sits on a number of boards. He is obsessed with learning and sharing winning practices he sees first hand across the companies he is involved with.
An Economist by background, Permjot was involved in a number of sales roles in London and is the Co-Founder of London based Fund Manager, Flight and Partners. He moved to Canada about six years ago and is active in the startup ecosystem across Atlantic Canada and is currently the Innovacorp EIR in Cape Breton.
