No, not your period, your cycle!Even when you aren't menstruating your body is still moving through a consistent cycle. Understanding this beautiful internal cycle and and how to sync with it makes a huge difference in many aspects of your life; and, turn and can turn your cycle and your period into a beautiful experience rather than one you are not so fond of or even possibly ashamed of.Yes...your menstrual cycle can become your super power.Learn about:-Cycle Syncing and why it's important- your internal rhythm(Infradian Rhythm)- the 4 phases/seasons of your cycle and how they affect you- how to track your cycle and what to track- cyclical fitness- fueling your body- what they didn't tell you- peri-menopauseThe workshop is a 2 hour interactive event. Yes, it will be full of information however your experiences, emotions and personal journey with your cycle are an essential part of the workshop. There will be open floor for questions, sharing (if you choose)as well as listening. How you feel coming into the workshop versus how you feel are also very important.Please wear comfortable clothing, a pen (a workbook will be provided), your own water bottle and if you have a favourite tea mug feel free to bring it as tea will be provided. I want you to be as comfortable as sitting on your couch curled up in your favourite blanket and mug of tea.My goal is for you to have a better understanding of the importance of cycle syncing and how to start living cyclically. Living honour of your cycle and no longer feeling ashamed or embarrassed about it, and leaving with a new perspective, a new awareness and a brand new love for your menstrual cycle.Here is to your menstrual cycle becoming your super power!Let's Flow!
