Explore the characteristics of some different hot peppers, and what they’re usually used for, along with cultural context.This program is intended for adults (18+). Cost of registration is $7 plus HST per participant. Note: Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor. We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility.
