Have your say on the City&#x27;s plan to spend hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayer money at Lansdowne Park! A group of community partners has come together to provide a public forum on the final concepts and costs of Lansdowne 2.0--the most expensive project that City Council will consider this term. Find out about what&#x27;s in the final Lansdowne 2.0 report (released October 2). 1. Architect Laura Urrechage will provide an overview of the latest plans for the arena, stadium, retail and high rises.2. Walter Robinson, former director of the Canadian Tax Federation, will speak to the costs and the financial model.After these two short presentations, you will have an opportunity to express your views by speaking up at the mic, writing them on comment cards or filling out a survey. We will summarize these and submit them to City Councillors. Can&#x27;t make it in person? No need to reserve in advance or get tickets but if you sign up through Eventbrite you will receive reminders about the event. This event is supported by the Federation of Citizens Associations, Reimagine Ottawa, Synapcity, Ecology Ottawa, Heritage Ottawa and 613Flea.
