Join us for a calming and restorative sound bath designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance.During this session, you will lie down comfortably while gentle sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments wash over the space.The session begins with a short grounding meditation and intention setting, followed by an immersive sound journey that encourages deep relaxation for the body and mind. The vibrations of the instruments help quiet the mind and support a meditative state.No experience is needed, simply bring comfortable clothing and an open mind. This experience offers a peaceful space to reset and allow sound to guide you into a state of calm and inner light.
