Our events are focused on educating our community on the Italian culture.  We love to provide our customers  with cooking classes that emphasize the Italian cuisine, such as pizza, pasta,  gnocchi etc. We also offer a Chef's Dinner experience where our chefs curate a menu with a  number of courses and dessert, again with the courses being Italian based with the chefs own twist! On occasion we offer other classes and experiences in collaboration with other businesses throughout the year.Keep in mind, we  always love to provide our attendees  with some goodies —  whether that be snacks, a glass of presecco or wine—  to compliment your experience.We will always have something to offer every month, so follow our page to stay tuned for our upcoming events!

The beauty of Italian cuisine is that it isn't as complicated as you might expect - it's all about technique and the quality of the ingredients! Join us for a hands-on, flavorful experience where you'll learn how to create the perfect risotto and master the art of making crispy, golden arancini: two iconic Italian dishes that are easier than you think once you know the tricks!In this fun, interactive class, we’ll kick things off by making a creamy, aromatic risotto with saffron, lemon, and a generous touch of Parmigiano Reggiano: simple ingredients that pack huge flavor. Don’t worry, we’ll break down the technique step by step, so you’ll feel like a pro by the end of the class! Risotto isn’t scary…it’s all about understanding a few key concepts and embracing the process.While our risotto simmers away, you'll get hands-on with making arancini: those beautiful, golden-fried rice balls filled with oozy, fresh imported cheeses. Everyone will make their own arancini, and yes, you get to take them home to enjoy later!Important notes:• Includes welcome drink, antipasto, dinner and dessert.• Each ticket includes a 10% in-store discount after class.• For dietary needs, private bookings, or rescheduling, email event@linasmarket.com• Check your class location—we have multiple venues!• Class length: 2.5 hours.• Refunds available with 1 week’s notice.
