We are Tessa &amp; Annemarie, both mums of 3 kids. Tessa even has triplets! Jointly we have spent over 40 years in ‘big corporate’ and financial industries. We are kindred souls wanting to make work a place where you can thrive, not just survive. A place where you can work with your talents, make an impact, so you can come home and be energized for life with family and friends. Often though, we felt quite the opposite. We have had endless discussions over coffee and tea to contemplate why we sometimes felt stuck and what would be needed for us to do our best work.Now that we deeply understand this environment, we would like to share our victories and battle scars with you. Hence, we took the initiative to start ‘Working on Your Terms’, your personal guide that hands you real insights, tools and strategies so that you can get to a place where you feel you can thrive. You can find more about us on www.workonyourterms.company.Free masterclass ‘Inner mentor’ – with videosIn our masterclass, we will be working with you on one of the foundations of Working on Your Terms which we call ‘the inner mentor’. In addition to the great knowledge and advice you get externally from mentors and friends, you also have an ‘inner mentor’ who is always available and whom, when consulted, has great wisdom to share. That is what we will focus on in our masterclass. In order to make the most of our time together we would like to ask you to do some preparation. The prep will take max 30 minutes (we know you are busy after all!), and comprises watching the first 2 videos and doing the worksheets of our masterclass. We have made that available for you via the link: https://www.workonyourterms.company/masterclass_special/. After you register, you receive a link to our video platform where you can watch the first 2 video’s and find the worksheets.In the masterclass itself, we will work with you to distill real insights from this prework. At the end of the session you will be clear on when you are at your best at work (this will help you determine those projects or jobs that truly give you energy) and you will have discovered what tools you have available already to get out of a work ‘low’ or ‘dip’. We will also hand you some extra tools for that.
