This dance is taking place at Heartland Forest in Niagara Falls in the beatiful forest view room. A much more central location and also accessiable by transit!

Join the Seven Sisters (formerly Sisters of the Drum) for a powerful evening of live music, movement, and transformation. Featuring Dede Alder, Tracy Barrilleaux, and Jillian Votava, Seven Sisters is an all-female percussion ensemble devoted to awakening the sacred through rhythm, beauty, and embodied presence. Rooted in ancient lineages and fueled by creative fire, their performances weave together percussion, voice, ritual, and interactive elements that invite participants into deep connection and authentic expression. For this special event, the group will guide an immersive Ecstatic Dance Journey featuring a suite of original compositions designed to support release, exploration, and celebration. Moving through waves of energy inspired by the Five Rhythms, dancers are invited to surrender to the beat, reconnect with their bodies, and allow rhythm to become medicine. As the Greek poet Sappho wrote, “What is beautiful is good, and who is good will soon also be beautiful.” The Seven Sisters embody this divine feminine principle, creating a space where participants can reclaim their inner radiance, voice, and connection to Source. Come ready to move, release, and be carried by the magical wonders from the hands of women.
