What is your refund policy?

Ticket refund requests are to be emailed directly to the organizer at soroptimist@shaw.ca Ticket cost may be refunded but Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered 7 days prior to the event date.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes the venue has easy wheelchair access. Please email the organizer at soroptimist@shaw.ca if you require further information.

Is Lobster the only choice of protein on the menu?

Accepted Answer

Lobster lovers will delight in this meal but we understand that this may not necessarily be the first choice for everyone. Beef and salmon are also available as entrees. You can make an appropriate selection when purchasing your ticket.
