This is a space for women who are intentional about becoming the best version of themselves. At BGC, we don’t do surface-level conversations or connections. We come together to learn, build meaningful relationships and create beautiful lives - personally, professionally and everything in between.

The Longevity & Biohacking Experience is an afternoon dedicated to your health, energy and future self.

We’re bringing together experts from different areas of health and wellness for an honest conversation about longevity, biohacking, women’s health, stress, prevention, lifestyle and aesthetics.

Why join this one?

First, health is often the thing we postpone while taking care of work, family and everything else. Until our bodies force us to pay attention. This event is an opportunity to pause, ask better questions and learn what you can start doing now.

Second, there is a lot of conflicting wellness information online. What is actually worth your attention? What is simply a trend? And which practices could genuinely support your health?

You’ll hear directly from a practicing Medical Doctor, a Functional Medicine Practitioner, a Psychotherapist, and a RN — professionals you don’t normally get access to in one room.

They’ll share practical insights and answer questions about the topics women are increasingly curious about, from prevention and stress to biohacking, peptides, IV therapy, aesthetics and long-term well-being.
