Lost-Wax Pendant Workshop

Raven's Veil

In this class, you will learn to carve your own pendant design out of jeweller’s wax. The wax models are left at the end of class and will then be cast in sterling silver, filed, sanded, polished and patina added. They&#x27;ll be ready for pick up at Raven’s Veil 2-3 weeks following the workshop!-No experience required-All necessary tools &amp; supplies will be provided-includes an 18&quot; sterling silver chain-Bring your ideas or sketches! If you have a design you want to transfer to a pendant it’s helpful to bring a printout to scaleFacilitated by Janet Goodspeed of <a href="https://www.goodsigil.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Good Sigil Arts</a>. Goodspeed has taught lost-wax carving &amp; casting at VCC since 2018.Strict COVID-19 protocols in place. Social distancing and masks mandatory. Cancellations must be made before 5 working days prior to the event or tickets are non-refundable.
