What if I can't make it on the pickup day?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, due to the large scale of the event, we are not able to coordinate additional pickup days. Before you sign up, please ensure that you will be available during the pickup time. Alternatively, you can send a friend or family member to collect your tree for you.

Question 2

How big are the trees?

Accepted Answer

The trees are in 2 or 3 gallon pots, and are around 1-1.75m tall. They will fit in almost any sized car. Bring a garbage bag or tarp to lay the tree on if you are worried about getting your car dirty.

Question 3

Can I come early/late to pick up my tree?

Accepted Answer

We understand that you may want to arrive before/after the designated pickup time (10a.m-12p.m.) to pickup your tree. Please understand that our staff put in a lot of time & effort to set up and take down our giveaways and will not be able to accomodate individuals who show up outside of the window.

Question 4

Can I select more than 1 tree?

Accepted Answer

No! Although eventbrite may allow you to select more than 1 tree, we will cancel your order if you do so. As stated throughout the sign up page, you are only allowed one tree per individual. If multiple members of your household would like a tree, they must sign up individually.
