Agile*

Agile Scientific and The UK Oil and Gas Authority invite you to take part in the latest hackathon for subsurface scientists! There's also an optional Bootcamp for those new to programming.
The theme is Machine Learning. As part of a teams of 6 participants, you will find a project to work on, then spend the weekend working on a prototype web app, proof of concept service, or machine learning model — or whatever you think will bring your idea to life.
Geologists, geophysicists, petroleum engineers, mathematicians, interpreters... all are welcome. Whether you've been coding for 2 hours, 2 years, or 20 years, you'll fit right in. Let's solve some hard problems in the subsurface!
NOTE: When you register, you will have the option of adding the BOOTCAMP to your order. The Bootcamp will run from about 8:30 am until 4:30 pm on Friday 23 November.
