We are so excited to be able to offer another Mad Science camp!

Join Mad Science for the Mad Science Spring BreakCamp!

Age Group: 6 to 12 years

Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Full Day)

Mad STEM Inventors:Find out just how much fun science and engineering inventions can be! We put our engineering and technology skills to use and build structures, explore strong shapes and discover space! Then the machine madness starts as they discover, build and work with simple machines. The junior engineers will design & build bridges using simple tools and their imagination. All days are filled with learning and take-home projects.

Day 1: 30 March (Monday): Shapes & Forces Used: Through engaging activities, they will learn the forces acting on structures. Are there some shapes involved in structures? Learn about strong shapes used for structures.

Day 2: 31 March (Tuesday): Machine Mania: Learn how simple machines use shapes and forces to complete different tasks like lifting weights and launching ping pong balls. Use teamwork to show how simple machine inventions are wonderful.

Day 3: 1 April (Wednesday): Super Structures: Campers will learn while creating, building, and testing strong structures. They will use their imagination and the awesome tools provided to create different structures and bridges.

Day 4: 2 April (Thursday): Space Inventions: The day focuses on real-world space technologies that are great space inventions. Campers will learn about the working of a few and do the hands-on activities. Some of these inventions are actually spin-offs.
