Christmas is busy enough without having to prepare food in the morning. With this make-ahead menu, you only need heat and serve.

Victoria Public Market at the Hudson

In this demonstration cooking class you’ll learn to prepare a French style crab quiche with a flaky pastry crust and a custard so delicate, you’ll want to slow down and savour every bite. Plus chocolate molten cakes (soufflés) with chocolate truffle centers --a dessert you&#x27;ll enjoy year round. Both the quiche and dessert can be made entirely in advance. Enjoy plenty of samples while you learn. Class length may vary depending on the number of students, questions, etc.
