Our members are prototyping the future of work, cultivating cultures that are more authentic, innovative, collaborative, and ultimately, more meaningful.Our communities are facing systems challenges on a scale never seen before. From climate change to poverty, migration to resource scarcity, we are seeing hot-spots in desperate need of disruptive and scalable solutions.The League exists to mobilize our incumbent institutions as collaborative partners in systems change. To unlock the human potential inside our most influential organizations to create a more prosperous, equitable and sustainable world.

League of Intrapreneurs Canada

Young people are natural social intrapreneurs - people who make positive social change from within an organization. They want purpose in their work and are motivated by this above anything else. According to the Millennial Impact Report Retrospective, Five Years of Trends, millennials’ primary motivator is an intrinsic passion for a cause and they want to use and develop their skills through cause engagement. Youth are most interested in making a valuable, and valued, contribution toward improving their world and want to shape their work experiences to align with their values. 
To do this, an intrapreneur requires a new skillset; they need to unlearn what work has been, to be able to find, or create, their place in this new world of work. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore unlearning as an approach to creating a better future of work and learn how social intrapreneurs are changing systems from within.
