Event description

Description

As the saying goes – New Year, New You.

The New Year is a time to reflect, reset, and create intentions for how to live your best life in the months to come. Join us for a panel discussion focused on 2018 rituals – from mindfulness to movement to nutrition, we’re bringing in experts to create a discussion around New Year’s resolutions and how you can achieve long-term success with your goals, whatever they may be.

We’ll be chatting about traditional and non-traditional approaches to self-improvement, guided by advice from experts who dedicate their lives to enhancing people’s well-being through physical expression, mindful living, food and medicine.

When: Thursday, February 1st 6:30-8:00pm

Where: Free (68 Claremont St. #300)
