<P>No matter where you live or work, you can enjoy the benefits of healthy, economical and sustainable transportation. The key is finding which option (or combination of options) works best for you to get you to where you need to go!</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><A HREF="https://www.cityofkingston.ca/residents/transit" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kingston Transit</A>, the <A HREF="https://www.sustainablekingston.com/green-economy-kingston/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Green Economy Kingston</A> program and <A HREF="http://www.cyclekingston.ca/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cycle Kingston</A> are hosting a workshop for businesses and organizations to better inform workplaces about sustainable commuting options in Kingston from home to work and back again.</P>

<H3>Kingston Transit<BR></H3>
<P>Owned and operated by the Corporation of the <A HREF="https://www.cityofkingston.ca/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">City of Kingston</A>, <A HREF="https://www.cityofkingston.ca/residents/transit" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kingston Transit </A>provides local and express public transit service 7 days a week to the urban areas of Kingston and local service to the neighbouring community of Amherstview. We operate 21 routes with additional service added during morning and afternoon peak-hour commute. Since incorporation in 1962, Kingston Transit has increased coverage, fleet, and frequency of service resulting in a current annual ridership of over 5.2 million trips.</P>
<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN>Cycle Kingston</SPAN></H3>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><A HREF="http://www.cyclekingston.ca/" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="Cycle Kingston" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cycle Kingston</A> is a registered Canadian charity whose mandate is to promote and encourage cycling in Kingston and the area through education and public outreach. We do this through courses, school presentations, media engagement and local event participation. We also collaborate with municipalities on creating safer cycling infrastructure. Our activities empower cyclists and motorists alike to learn to share the road safely.</P>
